Executive Bio

Laura Foster is Senior Vice President of Global Marketing at GumGum, where she leads the company’s global marketing organization across product marketing, brand and creative, communications, demand generation, strategy and operations, solutions marketing, and enablement.

Her work sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and revenue. Laura is known for turning complex technology into clear, differentiated market stories and building the go-to-market systems required to translate those stories into commercial results. At GumGum, she has helped shape the company’s positioning as The Mindset Company™, led the marketing strategy behind its Mindset platform and AI-powered products, and established a more rigorous approach to commercialization, sales readiness, and product launches.

Laura joined GumGum as Vice President of Product Marketing in 2024 and was promoted to lead the global marketing organization in 2026. In her expanded role, she is responsible for strengthening GumGum’s category position, building demand, improving alignment across Product, Marketing, and Sales, and ensuring the company’s innovation is understood and adopted by the market.

Before joining GumGum, Laura led product marketing at Innovid during a period of significant growth and transformation in connected television. She developed the positioning and go-to-market strategy for several of the company’s most important products and acquisitions, including InnovidXP following the acquisition of TVSquared, Innovid Key, and the integration of dynamic creative platform Herolens. She also helped guide the organization through its transition into a publicly traded company and expanded the product marketing team’s output five-fold by realigning resources and improving internal processes.

Earlier in her career, Laura held a series of increasingly senior roles at Sizmek. Beginning with a background in design and creative strategy, she went on to work across product development, positioning, sales, and client partnerships. That experience continues to shape her approach today: technology matters, but its value depends on whether people can understand it, believe in it, and put it to work.

Laura has been recognized as one of Business Insider’s Rising Stars of Adtech, one of LA TV Week’s 40 Under 40, and one of Chief Marketer’s Top Women in Marketing. She was also named a Top 100 Product Marketing Influencer by the Product Marketing Alliance.
